“To: Arbrook Plaza Staff, Management and Ownership From: Rodger and Norma St John (Current Residents) We were asked to submit a personal statement regarding our experience at Arbrook and this note summarizes our response. We have been in residence just short of a year and are most happy to report as follows: 1. Accommodations - absolutely excellent. The correct room size and space appropriate for seniors who require complete simplicity. 2. Medical - personal daily attendance and prescriptions always on time with strict adherence to cleanliness. 3. Housekeeping - complete daily accountability. 4. Activities - generally very good although we are quite reserved in such matters. 5. Physical Therapy - very limited involvement thus far but appears quite good. 6. Staff Interaction - superior in all respects. The individual care (dressing, showers, wheelchair conveyance, eating assistance, etc.) ALLWAYS delivered with the utmost of LOVE.
