“While Archstone Care Center boasts a beautiful facility, the experience falls short of the family-like atmosphere they promise. Poor communication, disorganization, and a lack of attention to resident needs made me feel more like an outsider than part of the family, leaving me disappointed and concerned for the safety and well-being of the residents.
