“One star only because I cannot leave 0. I truly believe this place killed my father. When I saw him last at the hospital he was in good spirits, talking.. laughing even. Then he was transferred here to the rehab. Over medicated. Confused. Unable to communicate. He deteriorated quickly. His bottom dentures broke and no one was in a hurry to fix them.. unable to eat. Less than two weeks he was on an ambulance back to emergency where he died right off the ambulance! At one point they called to say they found him on the floor! Do not leave your loved ones here! This place is trash! We regret ever letting my dad come here! They should be ashamed.”
