They sent over an inexperienced caregiver who quit after 1 day and rightfully so. She was not trained for the type of care needed by my mom. Although the agency was completely aware on admission of the care required. Then one caregiver they sent would consistently call in sick or want to come hours late, with no consequences obviously. The agency was rarely able to replace her so I would have to rush to my mom’s house to give her care then rush back home to barely have time to get ready for my job…as a nurse. This went on for several weeks until they finally found a caregiver that wanted to work, was consistently there and was great at her job! I AM so thankful to this one particular caregiver. She was kind, compassionate and great at her job and that’s the only reason I could give this agency 3 stars.

Best in Home Care is s great Community Partner for Lubbock. They sponsored our recent Veterans program at the Lubbock Elks lodge. We could not have asked for better help.
