“This place is so unprofessional. Starting with the director Fidel. He has it understaffed. Don’t know why they claim to be 24 hours? He badgered and disrespected my husband who was just released from hospital. Arrangements were made from hospital. We wouldn’t of picked this home health. They wanted my husband to self inject his antibiotic with one arm using his left hand to do it himself. My husband has end stages of renal failure/congestive heart failure and is getting dialysis 3 times a week. Fidel took it upon himself to try to rearrange my husband’s dialysis time slot to suit his nurses schedule yet they claim to be 24 hours! Fidel is so asinine, cocky, narcissistic, and lacks human empathy for terminally ill patients. Don’t let them care for your loved ones!!!! To Fidel: Go find another job preferably at the dog shelter from how you treated my husband you better suited there with the animals. Careful they’ll at least BITE YOU but well deserved!!!! I WILL reach out to LMC Hospital and Doctor’s Hospital tell them not to recommend BrightStar to their patients.”
