“I have never seen a more poorly run administration. These people fraudulently took $10K from my father, who is already dealing with enough with my mother’s dementia diagnosis. He doesn’t need to deal with this.
$7K was returned to his account on 11/3/25 after my Dad’s bank did a stop payment on the most recent charge, but he’s still due a $3,100 refund for money they fraudulently took from him more than two months ago.
I was told it would a check would be overnighted to him immediately on 11/3/25, but as of 11/5/25, no check has arrived.”
