“I cannot believe how disgusting this place is how many bad reviews with constant feedback and disappointed family members how long is it going to be until yall make a change? Unfriendly staff, neglected patients, patients not getting there medication, and WAY more. “Our primary focus has always been and continues to be the well-being and satisfaction of our patients and families.” Rhea how many bad reviews are you going to keep replying too because it’s been 6 years. Six years that you could’ve made a change. These people are human beings. They go there for a reason, a reason which can be so tragic, uncomfortable for many and you sit there without making a change how do you think they feel? Talking bout some “let’s contact for more info on ur situation” instead of tryna contact people go take care of your patients rhea. My very close friend’s grandma was neglected very badly here I can’t imagine how she must have felt. And she’s not the first or last person to be treated like this. You guys are sick. Absolutely disgusting with no sympathy at ALL for your patients.”

“My grandma was in there for about 2 weeks about a year ago and none of her needs were met. She was neglected very badly. Her diaper was never changed and her bed was always soaked with urine. Her hair was never combed by these people. As soon as you enter, there is a very strong urine odor. I am still very angered by this a year later. We never said anything about this at the time it happened because we were too worried about her. Please do not take any of your family members here!!”
