“We turned to this company after my father lost his mobility. Unfortunately, it’s been hit or miss. Some aides were great, but others raised serious concerns. Communication and consistency are major areas that need improvement. Several aides mentioned they signed up one day and started the next, with little to no training — which is concerning. There’s also confusion about what tasks they’re expected to perform. Some will only cook, others only clean, and it varies from person to person. That inconsistency makes it difficult for families who need reliable support. There have been times I’ve found myself cleaning up after my father while the aide was nowhere to be found. If a family member asks for a simple meal to be prepared, it should be done — not ignored. Communication with the family is key, and unfortunately, that hasn’t always happened. This has been a very difficult time for our family, and while we hoped for relief, I often found myself doing just as much — sometimes more — and even lost a job due to the constant interruptions. I wouldn’t say this would be my first choice based on our experience.”

“I had surgery on both my wrists and my mother is on a walker. So we had hired them to send someone out for a couple of days. They sent Gwen, not only was she a hard worker and very attentive. She was also very kind, sweet and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I would definitely go to them again for any future home care needs myself.”
