I have been a resident here for a few years now, and I am happy with the actual apartment, the mgmt (Carol), & the maintenance (Oscar, in particular). Of course, I would like the rent to not be as high as it is, and the annual increases far exceed most of our ability to pay. I actually don't know what I am going to do if the rent continues to increase at the current rate. That is my biggest concern, but as far as the amenities, the floorplans, etc., are concerned, I have no real complaints.

Im only giving one star because they wont allow me to do zero! If you are a loved one are considering moving here, I would suggest doing your own research. Visit the property on different occansions, when unexpected. I have been coming here for over 2 years, at least 3 days a week caring for my Grandma. She pays over a $1000 in rent and anytime she needs anything fixed the lady at the front office does not like to be bothered and will take her time plus her tone is always so rude. (I'm not referring to Cheryl either) Whenever maintenance actually comes, they only partially fix the problem. They will spray paint over mold, from water leaks to cover it up, instead of replacing the wood. Because it's so good for the elderly to be breathing in mold. They have wasp nest that we've asked to have removed multiple times and I've had to personally remove them as they were never removed. Each resident was given a notice about upcoming inspections they just had. The notices stated the residents had a certain amount of time to report any damages inside the apartments so they could have them fixed before inspections. This wouldn't be necessary, if they fixed said problem months before when they were originally reported to the office. It seems this place only cares about your money and not your family. They also have wheelchair bound residents on second and third floors, to which I asked grandma what do you do incase of a fire since you can't use the elevators? She is wheelchair bound, can't walk on her own and surely can't use the stairs, her response, "I guess I'm BBQ because they've never gone over a fire evacuation plan". They do have the fire department come test the smoke detectors, but again a smoke detector cant get my grandma down the stairs. Please do your research. We're praying this past inspection brings good updates as we'd hate to have to move her again at her age.
