“2025 The manager Carol did not even approach me when I was filling out the lease as she passed me by several times not a hello or to say welcome to your new home-RED FLAG ALERT. Apparently she has had a bad reputation for quite awhile. This place needs attention for sure on many levels. Needs painting all around peeling paint on patio doors and upper roof awnings (basic stuff). Hallways always seem dirty at times with debris and residents personal stuff they no longer want, so they set all kinds of stuff out by the door for weeks. Parking lights are not bright enough and simply not enough on property causing a safety concern at night. I found my apartment had neglect upon move in, once again basic cleaning and maintenance issues not taken care of. Several residents refuse to pick up dog droppings making a disgusting and health concerns for pets and residents. Encountered very rude residents here, some though are very nice. They should do resident checks monthly to see if any suspecting hoarding is going on and I am sure it is like many seniors. This is a 55 years old and older property but I have encountered what looked like younger than that living here. This place has me concerned and you really should do your home work before moving in here.”

“I have been a resident here for a few years now, and I am happy with the actual apartment, the mgmt (Carol), & the maintenance (Oscar, in particular). Of course, I would like the rent to not be as high as it is, and the annual increases far exceed most of our ability to pay. I actually don't know what I am going to do if the rent continues to increase at the current rate. That is my biggest concern, but as far as the amenities, the floorplans, etc., are concerned, I have no real complaints.”
