Harvard Gardens Rehabilitation and Care Center

Based on our research we received mixed feedback about Harvard Gardens Rehabilitation and Care Center. Most residents were concerned with the level of care they received, and were unsatisfied with the staff's lack of keen attention on patients. Additionally, some patients complained about the high staff turnover, leading to a lack of continuity and familiarity for the patients. On the other hand, some residents described this care center as the perfect place for rehab, with a large therapy gym, private suites, and a calming environment with excellent staff. Some of the residents said that the center prioritized providing quality care and a comfortable environment for its residents. Given the mixed feedback, we would encourage people looking at this center as a potential facility for their loved ones to visit the facility before making the decision.
