Midtown Nursing Home

In our research, we encountered mixed feedback about Midtown Nursing Home. The most common complaints included concerns about management and staffing, with residents expressing dissatisfaction due to a low staff-to-resident ratio, resulting in delayed attention to their needs. Additionally, residents cited living conditions, alleging neglect and lack of cleanliness, as well as inadequate daily showers. Furthermore, some residents highlighted the low quality and lack of variety in the food provided. However, amidst these concerns, some residents did praise the staff for their kindness and professionalism. These findings suggest that while there are areas of improvement, such as staffing and facility maintenance, there are also positive aspects, particularly in the demeanor and conduct of the staff.
