“Please DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Thankfully I was able to see my mother here on a daily basis in House C (assisted living) and moved her to another facility. It is nasty, filthy, they do not feed them properly, do not check on them, do not answer call button, staff has a constant turn over. Hallways will smell of urine, floors sticky, inches of dust and grease ab ove stove, look in silverware drawer- dirty! Look in oven, staff won’t even eat food from it. That is dried feces on dust pan, placed back in utility room to use again. One evening mom was given a hot dog wiener for dinner, that was it! My mother is able to care for herself and is of sound mind. Thank God we got out of there!”

“Smoke and mirrors with this place. It was nice about five years ago, but now they can't seem to keep it staffed adequately or manage the staff they do have. My 86-year-old mother was physically abused by one of the nurses (should be on record with the state) in Spring of this year. When I moved my mom because of this, Mustang Creek continued to take rent out of my mom's account for another five weeks after she was gone. (Something about being on census and the contract, ect.) No empathy for our situation and no response to my objections - from anyone! Remember, they are a big corporation, and your family does not matter in the end. Don't expect to be able to get in touch with anyone above the current "director" Rachel if you have a problem. There is little stability among the staff. Most didn't even know my mom's name when I called. And my mom's possessions (what remained of them after laundry being mixed up and items disappearing) smelled so much like urine that we didn't move them with her. All Mustang Creek seems interested in is building more facilities and of course, raking in that money. After all, that's what really matters in Senior Care, isn't it? The profit.”
