“I AM FROM INGLESIDE AND AM A DISABLED CLIENT OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI BRANCH. I HAVE GONE THROUGH TWO PROVIDERS IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND A PROVIDER WHO CAN DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY? SOMEONE TO WORK THEIR SCHEDULED DAYS AND HOURS. I CALLED THE SUPERVISOR ONLY TO BE TREATED LIKE I WAS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH. SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO SERVICES FOR THE DISABLED AND THE ELDERLY.”
