Rose Garden had our car towed away, parked in a public parking lot, with no prior notice. We called the police and the officer told the manager (Deana)to have our car returned to us, since it was not parked in a no parking zone. The manager (Deana) said that since this was private property she could do anything she wanted to. She also told the officer that they didn’t have to pay for returning it either. The cost of getting our car back? $3000.00. We told her the mistake was theirs and that we absolutely couldn’t afford $3000.00. I called the CEO of Cal Am Cory Suckert about getting our car back. He said, “I don’t care, now go away.” I told him that I would leave bad internet reviews about Rose Garden and Cal Am. He said, “old people don’t use computers and they don’t read reviews.” Rose Garden has taken our car and caused us to purchase another one. They owe us approximately $5000.00 for the time, trouble, and anger they caused.
