Based on the feedback we collected, The Eden of Las Colinas received mixed reviews from its patients and their families. Families expressed that their approach to therapy is truly state-of-the-art, utilizing a variety of high-tech and hands-on therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual. The therapy room is large, clean, well-lit, and welcoming, designed to help patients get up, around, and function at the highest level possible. 

The staff is committed to exceeding the expectations of those they serve and providing personalized care to meet the needs of each patient. However, some reviewers have reported negative experiences, with one reviewer reporting that the staff did not answer the phone until after 25 or 30 rings. Another patient also expressed that the staff he worked with were not friendly. Overall, it appears that The Eden of Las Colinas has both positive and negative aspects, and potential patients and their families should carefully consider their options before choosing this facility.
