Review Assessment
During our interaction with residents here, we realized that while a majority of the feedback was positive there were a few complaints. The major positive feedback was about how clean and well-maintained the facility was. Residents appreciated that the facility was in a quiet area and it was pet-friendly. This facility offers accommodation at subsidized rent making it one of the most affordable in the area. The facility is secure which makes it ideal for patients that are likely to wander. The facility also has a very beautiful architecture with well-maintained grounds. Some residents praised the staff for being compassionate, and kind. However other patients termed the staff as being rude and lacking compassion for the patients. There also were several complaints about the quality of the food offered at this facility.
Based on the feedback we collected, it is important for individuals considering The Elberon to conduct thorough research and, if possible, seek direct testimonials from clients and their families to make an informed decision before committing their loved ones to this facility.
