If you are looking for an agency who will look out for uour loved one ,this is not it! We contacted them about the provider we had and concerns about our loved one. We put it in writing and they turned around and shared with then provider to ask if it was true? Provider said no and they let it go at that! This is totally unacceptable! The provider files inaccurate reports to the agency. People who need a provider need an agency who will be supportive of their needs. They are there just collect from the government. Beware and do not use them! I will be following up by filing other reports to address this concern. Do your research on these agencies!

Next steps to sign up for the Home Health Care

  • To begin home health services like skilled nursing, physical therapy, hospice, or wound care at home, you’ll need a doctor’s referral if you want Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance to cover it. Once you have a referral, you can compare agencies based on quality ratings, nurse availability, and specialties. Our site makes it easy to find local agencies, message them directly, and get prequalified based on your specific health needs and insurance coverage. After that, expect a home health nurse to schedule an initial evaluation visit.
