I applied over a year ago found out they had a 1 bedroom opened but they never called me instead they rented the apartment to someone else. It was not fair to people like me who had been on the waiting list.

I applied to Pleasant Villa in Fairfield OH a few weeks ago. I am 67, disabled and totally independent. I can't ever reach anyone to see if I need to do more paperwork. How long is waiting list?
