“Accent has been taking care of my father in law. Three times now they have inserted catheters incorrectly, once resulting in severe bleeding, once a hospital stay and once an ER visit. After hours “on call” help was non existent. In home therapy and nurse Jesse were great, but we are changing services because of the lack of skilled nursing and lack of responsiveness. This evening was the final straw when they inserted the catheter incorrectly during the day and would not send someone to fix their mistake causing us to spend 6 hours in the ER. Very unprofessional and completely incompetent.”
