Review Assessment
During our research, we found that residents and their families have had different experiences with CompleteOK. While some clients reported receiving excellent care at home, others complained of unprofessional behavior, including absenteeism. Some families said that some of the nurses and caregivers would miss work with little to no notice, and the organization did not have a plan in place to replace them immediately. Others complained of substandard work, with some claiming that the help assigned to them would go for days without cleaning the house or the utensils. Additionally, some families complained that the organization had poor communication, and it was hard to reach management in case of an inquiry or complaint. However, the physical therapists were said to be kind and professional, and many patients expressed their appreciation. Overall, the reviews reflect a mixed experience, with some clients receiving excellent care while others experienced unprofessional behavior and substandard work. To improve their services, CompleteOK could focus on addressing the issues of absenteeism and substandard work, as well as improving communication with clients and their families.
