“I must say going into the Del Webb community had me very excited. After entering into a contingency contract and executing the agreement because my other house was not selling try getting your refund back. Try getting anyone to help you get your money back. Contract says 5 business days and we are approaching 10 and I can not get anyone to call me back. Really find out who you are dealing with if things do not go their way. Very disappointing as no one has yet contacted me on this. Very poor customer service!”
