Elder-Aid was founded in 1990 by Sara Loeppert to serve the low-income elderly in the Brazos Valley area. We work to minimize the stress the elderly encounter as they cope with:- Affordable Housing
- Health and Wellness
- Inadequate funding for basic needs
- Loneliness
- Disabilities
- The loss of loved ones
Elder-Aid is self-funded and uses 100% of all donations to assist the elderly in Brazos Valley. We purchase land to construct modern and energy efficient homes that we then rent to elderly individuals or couples at reduced prices who might otherwise be homeless. We also partner with various organizations to provide aid in crisis situations, such as emergency financial assistance.

Your parent may need help with their activities of daily living, such as dressing, eating, bathing or using the bathroom. They may also need someone to cook meals, do laundry and keep their home clean, if they aren’t able to care for themselves in those ways anymore. And depending on their health status, they may need 24-hour supervision.
