“We had a great PT but overall service is horrible. I have called many times, explained their providers cannot just show up anytime they want. Several times they came without calling and missed the client who was out at appointments. Another time they showed up in the evening, woke the client to work out, stayed 15 minutes and left.
There is no case manager assigned, the therapists do not coordinate visits and neither does the company.
When I call to discuss, I’ve been clear that we need a call and a schedule. The therapists report that’s not how this company works.
Will never use them again.”
