The families we interacted with, praised the facility for being a smaller, diverse community, comfortably set away from the bustle of Delmar Street, Kingsland Walk is always connected to the culture, art, and education, that makes the area unique. Experienced, caring, and highly qualified staff provide individualized attention. Resident's health, peace of mind, comfort, and safety are all priorities in the care of Kingsland Walk residents.
The community also offers a variety of nutritious and delicious meals, with options for special dietary needs. The community's restaurant, Maybelline, is open throughout the day, serving an expansive menu of made-to-order meals, and private dining is available for special gatherings with friends and family. The building is modern and clean. The staff is good about getting them out and about and interacting with the group. The residents do puzzles, listen to music, and often have fun activities like chair exercise, bingo, bowling, musical guests, and crafts. They also have a library, a game room, and a little room with comfortable chairs to just chat with family members.
