Review Assessment
Our research showed mixed feedback about this facility. The families praised the staff for their friendly and compassionate care. Many families also mentioned that the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The center features a beautiful interior courtyard and a tranquil shaded terrace where patients and their guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine. The families applauded how well-designed their programs are to support and maximize their quality of life. They specifically highlighted music therapy and exercise as well as socialization events and game time which offered a positive experience for them to socialize and have fun. Residents also praised the dietary program which is served restaurant style. However, some families and residents were unhappy with the staff’s attitude, claiming they were rude and that their patients were neglected while at this facility. Some patients also claimed that the center had limited rehab equipment which made their rehab ineffective. In conclusion, we advise families looking to place their loved one in the facility, to personally visit and talk to the management and residents before making a decision.
