During our research, Millwood Adult Home received a lot of positive feedback. Residents and families expressed their satisfaction with the levels of cleanliness and services offered at this facility. The meals were described as delicious and nutritious, with snacks in between meals. The staff were passionate about their jobs and ensuring the residents were well taken care of. Families were given regular updates regularly. The families also appreciated that the staff always checked with them before making decisions regarding the patients. Residents were engaged in many activities which enabled them to keep fit and to socialize as well. The residents are also provided transport services for days they have appointments outside the facility.
