We have found that Ohio Living Swan Creek is a highly rated life plan community in Toledo, Ohio. According to the residents we spoke to, the facility is beautifully maintained and decorated, with wonderful nature sites and walking trails. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, providing assistance with meals, showering, and medications. Residents have access to educational growth, fitness, worship, friendship, and the arts, including technology centers/classes, lifelong learning classes, language learning classes, book clubs, guest speakers, and more. Social and cultural opportunities include art workshops, concerts and theater outings, fitness classes, and spiritual services.
