Park View Assisted Living in Riverside is one of those smaller, residential-style places that feels more like a family home than a big facility. They only take up to six residents at a time, so the staff really get to know everyone—it's not the kind of place where your parent will get lost in the shuffle. The owner is often around, which makes a difference in how personal the care feels. Staff are there 24/7, and people mention that they're patient and genuinely kind, not just doing a job.Prices at Park View Assisted Living

Next steps to sign up for the Memory Care
- When considering memory care for someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s, it’s important to consult a doctor to confirm the need for a secure, specialized environment. Memory care is usually private pay or covered by long-term care insurance and varies widely in services and quality. Use our site to compare memory care communities on staff training, security features, and family support programs, and to message facilities directly. After prequalification based on care needs and budget, the next step is to schedule a specialized memory care tour.
Next steps to sign up for the Assisted Living
- To move into assisted living, which offers personal care support along with meals, housekeeping, and activities, start by contacting facilities to check services, availability, and pricing. A doctor’s evaluation can help if there are concerns about mobility, memory, or complex care needs, but a referral isn’t usually required. Assisted living is primarily private pay or covered by long-term care insurance, so it’s important to compare based on staffing levels, services offered, and resident reviews. After sending messages and getting prequalified through our site, the next step is to schedule a facility tour.

Review Assessment
We have found that Park View Assisted Living is a reputable and reliable facility that provides quality care for its residents. The facility is quite nice and immaculate. The assisted living rooms are spacious and provide a lot of closet area. The residents liked that there is an adjacent park where they can participate in entertainment and socialize with friends. The families also praised the staff for being unfailingly kind. The facility has a patio with tables and umbrellas, so they could hang out there. It's by a park so your view is overlooking a nice park. They have a nice big board schedule of things to do all week, which is great. The dining area was clean, and it was in small tables, which was nice for the community. They do bingo and scrabble, and they bring in entertainment. They have people come in and play the harp, or the piano, or the keyboard. They do like little socials, so they have like root beer float socials and stuff like that. If you are considering assisted living for your loved one, Park View Assisted Living is a place where they can receive the right care and attention in a comfortable and homely setting.
