“Horrible experience, took forever to come out and see us, but more importantly I got a message from the PT saying that all of my Mother-in-Law's info was deleted. I then learned that they switched PT techs and never told us. We still have yet to hear. Calling in does no good either, either someone who can't help in the office or an answering service in India.”

“My home health nurse I saw was great , my case manager or lead nurse Noah was awesome. However the company as a whole is the worst. I had emergency surgery and needed a wound vac so while I was out of work and needed dressing Change it was no problem. However the surgeon took me off the wound vac and told me I could return to work but that I still needed home health to monitor my room dressing and to make sure it stayed healing . So I went back to work and relaid the messages to the nurse who called the office to confirm . She said it was best I discharged. Ok I have no problem discharging as long as I had everything needed to take care of my still open wound . I get a call from a new nurse to plan a face to face discharge visit, I told her I went back to work as I was approved too and asked could we reschedule for another day she said yes I will have them reach out to reschedule. Now back track a little I was certified and approved with my insurance to be seen by home health until July 20 which has not happened yet. Ok fast forward I have no wound care supplies left and I was out of work over a month I can’t afford it either . So me not knowing what I know now I call home health and say hey before you discharge me since I haven’t had my face to face can I get some more wound care supplies because I’m out and I have to keep the dressing clean and dry daily . They tell me I have been discharged and no longer have their service. I said since when I been waiting on a call for my last face to face and nobody has reached out . She tells me they discharged me over the phone which isn’t true at all I haven’t talked to anyone since that nurse called and told me that she could reschedule. So when I asked her what can I do cause now I’m left with no supplies she first asked it there was a doctor who could sign on the order I told her it literally was a surgeon who gave the orders on my wound care . She finally told me I could go to the store and buy my own . So now I’m telling my insurance and making sure that they don’t get paid for the full service especially since they didn’t provide it . This is extremely frustrating and put me in a tight position financially because I had to dish out the money to buy wound care supplies after being off work already. The communication sucks .”
