“Took two months for them to reach out to me-through text, not a phone call or voicemail once. For not even a week to go by on my end and they’re threatening to send back orders and cancel services. Seems a bit unfair and little extreme. Now still waiting to even see if they are going to schedule because ohh they said they would get back to me and still haven’t. Definitely has me feeling a bit off like maybe I don’t want my son dealing with this company anyways.
I reached out to the company myself and we are working to resolve the issue. Time will tell if it’s the company or just an individual.”
