Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services (The Medallion Jewish Assisted Living Residence)

Our research revealed a range of perspectives from residents and their families regarding Seven Acres and The Medallion Assisted Living Residence. While some residents praised the staff for their kindness and compassion, others expressed dissatisfaction, citing unprofessional behavior and a lack of dignity in their treatment. The facility's provision of kosher food was viewed as unremarkable, although families appreciated the accommodation of special dietary needs. The living quarters were generally described as pleasant and well-maintained. 

Additionally, the on-site availability of medical and physical therapy services was seen as a positive, eliminating the need for residents to leave the premises. Families also commended the facility's communication practices, noting that they were consistently kept informed about their loved ones' progress. Furthermore, the presence of workout facilities and dedicated instructors was appreciated. In conclusion, the community's commitment to personalized care and the array of living options available make it an attractive choice for seniors, despite some concerns raised about staff conduct.
