We contacted Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center’s clients and received mixed feedback. The most common positive feedback included a high quality rehab program, attentive staff, and a clean facility. Another resident praised the facility's personnel, from administration and social services to the nurses and attending staff, for being helpful and caring, and for addressing any concerns promptly. Some of the negative feedback we received included complaints about the food quality, treatment, and the facility's ability to handle the needs of the residents, such as bathing and accessibility. While there were positive comments about the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the rehab program, negative experiences related to the level of care and staff attitude were recurrent feedback.
