“Our dear friend’s dementia required a memory care residential placement directly from a rehab facility and we were fortunate enough to find The Cottages at Chapel Creek AND they had a bed available! That was two years ago and while her dementia has progressed the Cottages has continued throughout to adapt her care to her needs. The staff is so caring and calm regardless of the circumstances, the staff tenure is unusually long for senior care and nursing facilities, and the environment is homey, exceptionally clean, and thoroughly represented with all disciplines and expertise that our loved one needs and deserves. The Cottages are always a warm and friendly environment. Their communication and responsiveness to families is always prompt. We remain so thankful for the quality of life they successfully strive to create.”

“From the very beginning, the leadership handled the process for my husband with empathy and genuine compassion. It will soon be a year, and the caregivers and nurses have been amazing. They all know him well and always provide updates and stories. They call if anything is going on and keep me very well informed.
