The community is praised for its Lifestyle360 program, which offers a range of activities and amenities for residents. Residents expressed that moving to this senior living community provided health benefits such as good nutrition, companionship, and life enrichment programs. The rooms are spacious, well lit and clean. The numerous activities keep the residents mentally and physically engaged and also facilitate socialization. The staff here was described as being very kind, professional and helpful. They went far and beyond to ensure the residents were as comfortable as possible. Families expressed their satisfaction with the billing system, which they said was very seamless. Management was very helpful, and together with the staff helped residents and families during different stages of transition. Based on the feedback we received, Five Star Senior Living has a holistic approach to senior care that is rooted in compassion, and we highly recommend them.
