“When I first called for help, I honestly was beyond words at what I was told as far as the time frame and manner on help (an issue in training/employee on call). Shortly after this situation the Director/Owner quickly worked to resolve the issue I had encountered! Within few short hours they not only both called apologizing but actually worked to remedy the issue I was facing within few short hours, help was on the way! I cannot express how much I appreciated the quick actions by management to remedy such an upsetting and stressful situation, going above and beyond to meet our families needs.
