“My grandpa goes here and The lady named Olivia is horrible. She is the worst care taker I have ever met in my life and I do not know how she is certified to work there.My grandpa told me that sometimes he’ll call for her and she will be asleep. This is very unprofessional and I don’t know what I would do if my grandpa was hurt due to the lack of someone not paying attention and neglecting not only my grandpa but everyone there. Once again I do not think she should have a job there because she is very unprofessional and overall a bad person please look into her and do something please!”
