“Nursing staff is amazing. I cannot say enough about them. However the office staff are nothing short of unprofessional, inconsistent, and seem to not care about m their clients or their care. I am daily wound care yet they constantly fail to schedule a nurse to come see me and have gone as far as telling me they won’t make their nurse drive “all. The way to my rural location”. When it is time for authorization renewals they don’t send them into my insurance company or send them in last minute then don’t schedule a nurse to come see me and tell me to just do my own wound care. Trust me if it were that simple I would do my own. If not for the fact that no other home health agency in my area accepts my insurance I would NOT be with this company. Save yourself hours of frustration and reinfectikns due to the office staff not doing their job.”

Kailey was my primary caregiver and she was not only amazing and on point with every detail of executing her role as a caregiver but also be very friendly and kind and very family oriented.
