“Many many thanks to Trevor for his prompt response to my concerns. I love my balcony but have been upset with it’s condition for quite some time.. Peeling paint on the floor is not only ugly but dangerous to walk on. The day after I expressed concern, Trevor, Jordan and crew came to my apartment and viewed my large balcony. Two days later my balcony had been power washed, peeling paint removed and fresh paint applied. It is lovely and I am very happy. What a great team of guys we have!”
