Need Post-Hospital Care for My Grandmother

Hi everyone, my grandmother was just discharged from the hospital and needs proper care at home, but I have important work commitments and may need to travel. I’m worried about leaving her without the right support. What options are available for post hospitalization care in this situation? Any advice would really help.

My mom just fell and is in the hospital...how can I make sure this never happens again?
