I'm trying to apply for Medicaid for my family member. What documents do I need?

Trying to figure out this Medicaid stuff for my aunt. The website's confusing and there's so many forms. It's driving me nuts! Any tips from folks who've been through this before would be a lifesaver. Thanks in advance
