How do I find a good lawyer to help me draft a will, and what should I be looking for?

Alright folks, I've been putting this off way too long, but I know I need to get my will sorted out. Problem is, I have no clue how to find a decent lawyer for this kinda thing. I'm not rich or anything, just want to make sure my kids don't fight over my stuff when I'm gone.
