How do I stop constantly thinking about my caregiver responsibilities?

I find myself worrying and thinking about caregiving issues even when I don’t need to. How do you guys “.turn off” caregiver mode.

Honestly, was hoping there would be some responses, because I need help with this too. But I’ll comment with some things that work for me. I have a list of affirmations saved on my phone. I pull that out and say some of them to get my thoughts and energy focused. I use this for many times in my life not just this. Another good thing is work on something that you are passionate about, hobby, something creative, exercising. Go for a walk. I love nature, but go be around what you love whatever that is. Hope these help and I hope others comment with some things they do.

Listen to classical music to calm myself, dance to the music as well. Watch old family TV programs that make you laugh, I never watch anything with violence or intense music.
