I've been there - caregiver burnout is rough. What's helped me is setting boundaries and asking family for help, even if it's just a few hours a week. I also started going to a caregiver support group which has been great for venting and getting advice.

Have you looked into respite care? It’s not necessarily a permanent solution, but this can offer the needed break. In some cases, you might be able to find financial support from insurance or other local services but even if you don’t qualify, it can still be worth it paying out of pocket— or setting up an informal version of respite care where family members take over for a bit
