How do I have that tough talk about end-of-life wishes with my loved one?

I've been putting this off for months, but I know I need to talk to my mom about her end-of-life wishes. Just thinking about it makes my stomach churn. But I also know it's important to know what she wants. Any advice would be really appreciated.

What’s the best way to support my mother both emotionally and physically after they got that terminal diagnosis?

Just got the news we've been dreading - Mom's cancer is terminal. I'm still in shock and trying to process it all. I want to be there for her emotionally, but I'm barely holding it together myself. It all feels so overwhelming. If anyone's been through this before, I could really use some guidance on how to navigate these next few months.
