Need Advice: Caring for a Loved One With Dementia

My family is struggling to support a loved one with Alzheimer, and it’s been overwhelming trying to find the right care and resources. We want to do what’s best, but it’s hard to know what steps to take or what to watch out for. I’d really appreciate your advice, suggestions

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Alzheimer’s can be so hard on the whole family, and feeling overwhelmed is completely normal. Try taking it one small step at a time. You could start by gently exploring care options on hartheritage.org it can help you see assisted living or memory care communities that support people with Alzheimer’s. Then, if possible, visit and see where it truly feels warm and respectful. Most importantly, be kind to yourselves too. You’re doing this out of love, and that truly matters. 💛
